People have assessed Prosper Learning Trust and we are excited to announce that
we have achieved ‘We Invest in People - Standard Accreditation’.
Investors in
People are an agency which award accreditations to organisations by assessing performance
against their ‘We Invest in People’ framework. There are three areas of this
framework:

Leadership

Support
·
Improvement
They assess a
range of aspects within an organisation including values, performance, and
capability.
Investors in
People offer support and advice on improving areas within organisations
including workplace culture and employee engagement. Their nationwide history
of accrediting businesses shows that the ‘We Invest in People - Standard
Accreditation’, which Prosper Learning Trust have been awarded, has a positive
impact on organisation performance.

Richardson, Acting CEO of Prosper Learning Trust, said “I would like to
personally thank all staff for their contribution towards achieving the
accreditation. The ‘We Invest in People - Standard Accreditation’ demonstrates
that our staff members across the Trust support one another, helping to improve
our working environment and overall making the Trust a great place to work.”
The ‘We Invest
in People’ assessment was a great opportunity for the Trust to hear from staff
and learn and develop from what staff have told us about working for the Trust.
With this accreditation and feedback, we have created recommendations and an
action plan to keep improving our working environment and make changes for the
benefit of us all.
